We run a range of classes to suit everyBODY
Ladies Who Lunge (girls only) – Our Ladies who Lunge sessions are focused on meeting the needs of busy mums. They run during school time and school term. We are here when you need us. These sessions are effective for women's bodies. We work on strengthening and toning your body. We work on your cardio fitness too. We know about core. We know about pelvic floor. We actively build these things into each and every class...you will be repeating our mantra 'lock off your core' in your sleep soon!
Dawn Patrol (girls and guys)– drag yourself out of bed and join us for an exhilarating and fast paced start to the day. Watch the sun come up while doing a push-up…nothing like it! These are 45 minute workouts – getting you back home again in time to get the kids ready for school or make it to your desk by 8am!
Weekend Blast (girls and guys) – start your weekend feeling energetic and vital. Our weekend blast sessions are high energy sessions focused around interval training. Earn that bacon and eggs with a solid hour of workout, followed by a great stretch and cooldown (read serious core!)
Group classes are a fantastic way to exercise – they are fun, cost effective and most importantly THEY WORK!.
